Membership cards still have their place in the modern world – we make them for many Irish clubs, societies and organisations.
You can get membership cards and add names yourself using a desktop card printer, or you can send us your member list and we’ll print them for you.

Print lovely plastic cards for your group or organisation’s membership cards. You can give us your print ready design or we can help you create a decent design.
Our plastic member cards are the same size as a bank card or credit card with rounded corners.
Add names & details
We can merge your list of member names and details onto individual cards. Simply send us the Excel list and we’ll do the rest.
Signature Panels
If you want your members to sign your cards, we can add a small writeable panel to the reverse of the card. These panels are the same as you’d see on the back of your credit card.
How to Order
Choose your Cards
We can make your cards all the same, or you can personalise them with member names and other details.
If you want to personalise the cards, you need to create an Excel spreadsheet with all the member details.
Contact Us
Send us the artwork for the card design and the Excel database for the membership card if applicable.
We’ll get back to you with a quote and a proof for you to review.
Design
You can provide the design that conforms to our design guidelines.
Don’t have a design done yet? You can ask your graphic designer to make it, or you can check our Artwork page for advice on designers.
Approval
We’ll send you a proof that shows what your card will look like once printed.
If you’re happy, approve the order.
If you need something changed, just email us back and we’ll make the changes if possible.
Printing
Once you’ve approved, we’ll get printing underway. Your cards will be delivered by FedEx or UPS and we will provide tracking throughout the process.

Variable Data
Add Names and/or Numbers
We can merge any number of fields to your membership cards. You just need to provide the data in Excel columns. We’ll send you a proof of what the card will look like with some sample data.
Numbering
Sequential, Random or from a list
We can number your membership cards in any manner you choose – sequentially, randomly or from a list you supply.
Signautre Panels
Allow cardholders to sign their card
Add a small area for cardholders to sign their name on the reverse of the card.
We can add multiple areas if you want to personalise each card by hand.
