How to send barcode data, numbering, list of names and photos
We can merge names, numbers, lists and photographs to cards and keytags. In order to do this you need to supply us with data arranged in the correct format.

How to send lists of names, numbers & photographs
LISTS OF NAMES & DATA
Excel, txt or csv files
If sending Excel files, please make sure all numbers (especially those with zeroes in front 000123 for example) are formatted correctly.
Make sure that all text files or CSV files are formatted as comma separated, with a text qualifier the (“) symbol. We cannot edit data files once you send them to us so it’s up to you to make sure they’re perfect.

If you are worried about sending sensitive data by email, you can encrypt the file using 7-Zip or similar (this is not the same as just password protecting a zip file).
You can then phone with or SMS us the password.
PHOTOS FOR ID CARDS

Please see the Artwork Guide for ID cards for more info on this. If sending photographs please number the files 001.jpg, 002.jpg etc. Do not name the filenames after the person, instead link the photo file number to the cardholder in the Excel spreadsheet.
