How to approve your artwork
Think back on the major decisions you made in life – who you married, football team, Star Bar or Moro ; all of these pale into insignificance when faced with approving artwork. Once you approve the artwork, we will print exactly what you appoved, nothing else. So if it says “Lyolaty Crad” instead of “Loyalty Card”, that’s getting printed.
Our advice is to devote some distraction-free moments to the proof document we send you – make sure everything is in the right place and spleeled crorectly, and then approve it safe in the knowledge that everything is OK.

Approving artwork is easy. Wasting money on reprints is annoying!
STEP 1
Devote distraction-free time
Make sure you have a few seconds to devote to scrutinising the artwork in detail without distraction. Reading text backwards will help you concentrate on the spelling of the words.
STEP 2
Pay close attention
Zoom into the proof to make sure everything is in the right place. If you need to match colours as close to 100% as possible, order a printed proof.
Make sure all barcode types and number ranges are correct.
STEP 3
Approve or Change
Remember there’s no bother for us to change anything before proofing, but it’s a major pain for all involved to sort it out after the fact.
Once you approve the artwork, your order will proceed along the lead times given.
