Loyalty Starter Package

We offer a low cost entry-level system for loyalty cards. We supply you with 1000, pre-encoded, pre numbered magnetic stripe cards. These are printed in vibrant full colour both sides, with a design of your choice. These can be given out to your customers straight away. All you need to do is keep a record of the card number and you can award points to your customers using your EPOS system. Your customers can write their name on the reverse to make it their own.

Personalised Loyalty Cards
You might want to personalise the cards in house, by printing customer names on each card. We can supply a small 6-inch cube printer, a CIM K3 Sunlight. This printer can be set up to print from your EPOS software, or from any program like Microsoft Word. These printers can personalise a card in 8 seconds and are low cost. Loaded Value – Prepaid Value Cards - Voucher Cards

Voucher cards are a lot like loyalty cards, but they can be electronically loaded with a given amount of value, redeemable at point of sale. These cards make excellent gifts and are fast becoming the modern replacement for standard paper gift vouchers.

How does it work?

It’s quite simple – using your EPOS software you can set up a prepaid accounts system. We can then print cards to be loaded with the chosen value at the till. Most good EPOS systems will have this feature installed as standard.

For larger quantities, the cards can be specially shaped, or mounted onto a card carrier for easy display on a product rack.

• How do I know my EPOS software has this feature?
  • Most modern EPOS systems have a swipe card element, for credit card transactions etc. This swipe unit can be used to read the magnetic stripe on our cards. Your EPOS provider should be able to install a loyalty module.
• How can I load the cards with credit?
  • Again, the EPOS system is used for this. Our cards are coded with unique codes to identify your shop and card, and all the credit and transaction history is securely stored on your EPOS database.
• Are the cards tamper proof? Could someone add more credit to it?
  • The cards are tamperproof insofar as any interference with the card itself will not add extra credit or points, as all this data is stored on your PC or EPOS server.

• We recommend you only encode an account identifier into the card. However, you are free to encode names and addresses, if desired.

Can I print Cardholder Names onto the Cards?

• Yes, you need to purchase a small printer such as the CIM K3 Sunlight plastic card printer, which can encode onto the cards using a desktop PC

Can the customer sign the card?

• Yes, we can incorporate a signature panel on the cards.

Can the cards be stamped or marked for collection of points?

• Yes, we can print multiple areas which can be stamped or otherwise marked to indicate collection of points.
What design can go on the card?

• Depending on the print process you choose (see below), we can print your logo, graphics and images in 1,2,3 or full colour. We can print metallic and holographic effects also if desired.
