Introduction

The Tango2 printer from UltraMagicard is a duplex printer which can produce monochrome cards and colour cards, printed both sides in one pass. Printhead output is 300dpi which makes it a perfect choice for high detail plastic cards.

All Magicard printers sold in Europe come with a 24 month UltraCoverPlus warranty which covers the printhead and offers a printer loan service. Throughput on the Tango 2 is 144 cards (full colour face, black reverse), and 102 cards per hour for colour-both-sides cards.

Options for the Tango2 include a 3 track magnetic stripe encoder capable of HiCo and LoCo card encoding, Mifare ISO 14443A and 14443B contact-less card encoders, and is fully integratable with the Magicard Sicura Laminator.

All MagiCard colour printers have the HoloKote forgery preventing hologram key. This allows the printer to print a wavy pattern which is visible in daylight to act as a genuine card indication. Another option is the HoloPatch key which makes the logo more visible for night-time applications. Keys are available only from the manufacturer on production of an ownership certificate.

All printers come with drivers for all Microsoft Systems, all cables and a cleaning kit.
