We offer a comprehensive service to make identity cards for you, so you don't need to go to the hassle of buying a printer and taking the time to set it up. Our bureau service is ideally suited for situations where you need a quantity of cards once a year or once a month, and as such wouldn't necessitate buying a photo ID card printer.
Card pricing is below. We offer discounts for registered charities, and other good causes at our discretion.
Our cards are printed using a high definition process, with great quality printing and durable cards.
We have a detailed instruction zip file to download here. It contains templates and sample order files.
Basically, you need to supply us with:
1. Logo and design instructions for the ID card design.
2. An excel spreadsheet that has all the cardholder details listed.
3. A folder of the cardholder's photos on disc, numbered as per our instructions.
If it's a hassle getting all your cardholders/staff together to photograph, we also offer a hardcopy service whereby you send us passport photographs that we scan in for you.

Standard cards are full colour front, black text reverse. There's a fixed cost for 10 cards or less, however you get a lanyard and card holder per ID included in this price. Additional costs: Charity Pricing : Applicable to registered charities only, or good causes at our discretion. |
