Get high security photo ID cards, event passes, laminates – any kind of photo ID printed with ease.
If you need less than around 250 cards a year, it is uneconomical to invest in a plastic card printer. We can print ID Cards in house for your college, organization or business. We can print cards on an incremental business, all you need to do is email us the details and photos whenever you need more cards made up.


How is it done?
Put simply, you supply us with photographs and details for all cardholders.
Using our templates, you can use a digital camera or ordinary passport photographs.
You can either send us the photos by email (recommended), or post in hardcopies (such as passport photos). We have provided templates and instructions to complete either method.


Sending us photos by email.

1. The majority of digital cameras number every photo sequentially, e.g. PIC001.jpg.
You need to take pictures of all cardholders, and make a note of the photo file number.
2. Data is them submitted to us on an excel spreadsheet, with variables such as name, status, expiry and issue date, and so on.
The photo number is then matched to the cardholder.
3. Excel spreadsheet and all photos are emailed into us.

Sending us photos by hardcopy.

1. We supply a template to affix photographs to, each individual box is numbered, which allows you match up the photos to the correct data.
2. You then need to collate all cardholders data in an excel spreadsheet, and enter the appropriate photo number beside each record.
3. Photos are posted to us, excel spreadsheet is emailed into us. The minimum order value is €50.00.

We supply three basic types of card design, shown below.

You can supply your own design provided it meets the specifications listed here.

What features can be incorporated into the card?

You can include as many fields of variable data as required on the face of the card.
We can sequentially number the cards at no extra cost.
Cards can be slot punched.
Cards can have a magnetic stripe or signature panel at extra cost.
High Security cards can feature flat foil or 3D holograms at extra cost.

We can design and print oversize CR-100 size cards for concert and event laminates. Security features such as holograms, holographic foil and transparent areas can be added as extras.

Custom ID Card Designs
You can supply us with a custom design of card, however you must supply it to our specifications:


Card Size : 86 x 54 mm File

Format : RGB file – JPG only, cropped to size 86 x 54 mm.
Send us two designs as follows

1. Front of card with fields and sample text in place, white box for where picture should go, size 21x28 mm (or any box in ratio 7:9).

2. Front of card, with all text removed, graphics, background and picture box remaining.

Can you take ID photographs for us?
Yes, we can arrange for a photographer to visit your premises and take pictures of your staff in-house. For larger quantities of cards, we can print the cards there and then also.
