How to order plastic cards
To order cards you need artwork – you can supply this or we can do it for you, you might need data files (names & numbers), and that’s it. We’ll help you with the process at each step. Read on for more information.

Ordering cards is easy :
STEP 1
Add your order to Cart
To get things rolling, click on the card type and quantity in the price list here.
Enter all your details and make a payment, we will be in touch immediately to get the next step rolling, which is to send us artwork and data.
STEP 2
Send us artwork & Data
You need to supply us with artwork in an acceptable format, such as EPS or PDF. See our detailed artwork page here.
Or get us to do it – just select artwork service in the shopping cart. Our designer will get in touch and work with you by email. Once you’re happy with the design, we will put it on a proof for you.
If there’s any data (names, numbers, barcodes, stripe data etc) to be personalised on the cards, we will ask for this via email.
STEP 3
Approve Order
Once we have everything we need, we’ll send you a proof. Once you approve artwork, we proceed to print. The lead time for your order is specified on the emails we send you.
